TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. IDEASROJAS is not a travel agency and IT DOES NOT provide airline tickets. However,
your trip will be coordinate by formulating an effective itinerary so that you can your time most efficiently in the city of Buenos Aires.

2. IDEASROJAS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury during your trip.

3. IDEASROJAS requires that you carry your own Health Insurance during overseas trips.

4. IDEASROJAS will not be responsible in case of any illness during your trip.

5. IDEASROJAS should be notified in writing, for any request of cancellation.

6. IDEASROJAS will require a deposit equal to 30% of the total tour cost at the time of
registration. The balance shall be submitted no later than 30 days before the tour.

7. IDEASROJAS will take 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee, if the written notice is submitted within days of a scheduled trip and 100% of the deposit afterwards.

8. You can contract the service during the 29 days before the trip starts by paying the total amount of the service.

9. IDEASROJAS will refund the entire amount of deposit, if the scheduled trip is canceled based on major circumstances.

10. IDEASROJAS reserves the right to change and/or alter the services for technical or operating
reasons before or during the tour, situation which will no right to claim or refund.

11. Once the tour has started, suspension, modification or of services on behalf of the passenger for any reason will not give way to claim, or refund.
